**Position Purpose**: The Collections & Deductions Analyst will focus specifically on customer account collections for past due amounts and focus on escalating and clearing deductions related to Gross to Net promotions, pricing and inventory adjustment.
**Let’s talk about responsibilities**
**Collections responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Obtaining overview of customer account balances
- Generating past due notices to customer
- Contacting customers for payment and documenting their response
- Escalating collection issues to Local C2C and/or Sales
- Assessing and recommending escalated issues for write offs
- Generating and preparing periodic statements for customers
- Monitoring customer performance vs. payment commitments
**Deductions responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Monitoring deductions assigned through the work list
- Notifying CDT (Sales) and Local finance via workflow of customer issues o for missing credit memos
- Communicating open deductions by running periodic reporting to Local Teams
- Communicate Month End Results to Local Team
- Reviewing customer deductions, contacting the customers or Local Teams to get further details related to the open deduction in order to identify the deduction type
- Notifying CDT (Sales) and Local finance via workflow of customer issues o for missing credit memos
- Clearing credit notes and associated dispute cases
- Escalating deduction issues to Local C2C and/or Sales
**What you need for this position**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
- Advanced English Level
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in Finance
- Excel Intermediate Level: E.g. Pivot Table
- Macros Knowledge, Desirable
- Google Sheets, Desirable
- SAP, Desirable
