Nuestro próximo -Customer Support
- tiene como objetivo asegurar la excelente atención al cliente y apoyar la operación diaria mediante gestión de tickets.

Tus principales actividades serán:
Atender tickets de manera eficiente y ágil

Atención al cliente
Asignar tickets a las diferentes áreas para su resolución
Apoyo al Lead de operaciones

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Un colaborador con experiência en ticketing service/ helpdesk y atención a cliente.

**Requisitos**:
Manejo de ticketing service

Excelente comunicación
Experiência en atención a cliente

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
