**Como você vai CONTRIBUIR e CRESCER?**

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, the Talent Development Leader primarily focuses on supporting HR & Talent Management in the design, development and deployment of key HR/Talent data/systems across the LATAM Cluster.

The role contributes to business objectives by helping to define and smoothly execute critical talent processes and projects in coordination with HRBPs and by analyzing talent data (utilizing systems such as Workday), providing insights that support business objectives.
**Leadership, Mentoring and Development Programs**
- Assist with and provide communications regarding Mentoring selection and necessary follow up
- Support the launch of informal Mentoring programs, including ongoing monitoring and program evaluation
- Deliver Mentoring training for Mentors as Required to support Local Program
- Support local delivery of leadership programs required locally based on business need (team blog, coaching, supervisor, etc.)
- Support in the conduct needs analysis process for leadership/supervisory programs with business leaders
- Support identification of employees for Campus Week/Month and leadership programs in coordination with HRBPs
- Identify and liaison with local vendors/consultants for Training programs; support in feedback and expectations to ensure needs are met

**Talent Processes**
- Utilize HUB Talent Review Template to support and guide HRDs (Human Resources Directors) with local Talent Review sessions
- Provide support and assistance within smaller geography Talent Review sessions
- Provide Workday training for HRBPs
- Collaborate with HRDs and Business Leaders for Talent Acquisition needs to meet current and future business challenges

**Performance Review**
- Coordinate Professional skills local launch with Career Development expert
- Provide training to local HRBPs for Goal Setting and Performance Review programs
- Provide Goal Setting and Performance Review program progress and completion tracking to HRBPs
- Provide local support of Performance Review and Goal Setting Process in alignment with HR
- Liaison and communicate with Compensation and employees regarding Performance Review and Goal Setting programs

Education: University degree in HR Management or related field
