We are seeking a lead to help drive our updated roadmap for our massive enterprise transformation program - the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT).

**Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities**

This role will lead, collaborate, and facilitate the following PGT global / program-level focus areas:

- Lead and facilitate multi-year PGT global planning and cross-deployment roadmap recommendations such as Rest Of World deployment strategy, integrating it with other non-PGT initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of these roadmap recommendations with overall PepsiCo / IT / Enterprise Solution strategies.
- Collaborate and facilitate planning and global SAP solution roadmap recommendations, including but not limited to end of life / mandatory upgrades, solution evolution, and co-innovation agenda.
- Seek data and inputs from internal & external PGT / non-PGT stakeholders to support these roadmap recommendations.
- Collaborate and facilitate value & cost management initiatives to ensure spend visibility and providing actionable insights to the leadership in key cost areas.
- Lead and collaborate in other key global / cross-deployment initiatives that will require a holistic program-level focus.
- Keep senior leadership aligned, seeking guidance / direction whenever required.
- Partner, collaborate, and align with multiple internal / external stakeholders within and outside PGT to deliver these global program-level roadmaps / recommendations.
- Manage through dynamic and ambiguous situations, building recommendations based on a combination of (i) insights derived from existing data, (ii) lessons learned from previous deployments, and (iii) market best practices.

This role will collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders to be successful:

- PGT Global and Deployment stakeholders across the globe.
- Non-PGT enterprise stakeholders in IT and business across the globe.
- External partners / vendors that are engaged in PGT / non-PGT initiatives.
- Keep senior leadership aligned, seeking guidance / direction whenever required.
- Keep relevant stakeholders aligned, seeking inputs and feedback.

Qualifications:
**Experience & requirements**
- 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience, including experience in planning, architecting, and delivering complex global SAP based transformations.
- Solid SAP transformation roadmap planning and implementation experience in a global / complex environment.
- Solid SAP implementation project/program management experience, with sound wide functional/technical background.
- Solid experience drawing insights / conclusions from ambiguous and complex data, including strong skills to prepare data analysis in tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- SME on technology / SAP transformation roadmap preparation relevant for PGT, considering its global size, scope, and complexity.
