Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic integration of AI/ML technologies into our manufacturing processes.
- Implement data-driven algorithms and machine learning models to optimize machine settings and improve the quality of glass production.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes based on data-driven insights, ensuring that glass production is more efficient and consistent.
- Implement quality control algorithms that can detect defects or variations in glass production, allowing for real-time adjustments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Integrate data-driven automation solutions into manufacturing machines to increase precision and minimize errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for the deployment of AI/ML solutions to improve glass production efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of digital solutions, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Work closely with our product development and offering teams to align digitalization efforts with product enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in deploying AI/ML technologies within manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digitalization initiatives effectively.
