- Your Responsibilities
- Supervisar valuaciones actuariales de pasivos laborales bajo principios mexicanos (NIFD3), americanos (ASC) e internacionales (IAS19) y cálculos individuales.
- Supervisar y desarrollar Individualizaciones y Auditorías de los Planes de Jubilación.
- Realizar diseños y comunicaciones de Planes de Jubilación, así como proyectos especiales en materia de beneficios para los empleados. Proponer y desarrollar mejoras en los procesos internos del área.
- Brindar asesoría a los clientes en temas relacionados con beneficios a los empleados, así como en materia fiscal y de Seguridad Social.
- Atender requerimientos de auditores externos y de corporativo.
- Capacitar y desarrollar a los reportes directos, así como llevar a cabo la planeación y priorización de actividades con la finalidad de que los proyectos se cumplan en tiempo y forma.
- Qualifications- Licenciatura en Actuaría (titulado).
- Experiência mínima 3 años en valuación de obligaciones laborales contingentes.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Excel intermedio - avanzado (Manejo de base de datos y fórmulas).
