Materials Planning Analyst Iii

TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle. They determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis. The Team develops specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labor requirements. They provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews with the strategic sourcing team. They also monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.

Tareas, Responsabilidades y Autoridad:
**En Sistema SAP**
- Responsable de la revisión periódica de los mensajes de excepción de MRP / ZPP3TR096 (Weekly).
**Procesos Internos**
- Elaborar y distribuir el programa de producción detallado para la fabricación de subensambles y producto terminado
- Análisis constante de Backlog y Forecast para asegurar la disponibilidad de materia prima y subensambles
- Identificación de factores que pudieran poner en riesgo el cumplimiento del plan de producción (variación de la demanda, cortos de material, capacidad, etc)
- Responsable de imprimir y entregar las órdenes de producción al personal de almacén
- Coordinar con Supervisor de Almacén el Control de KITS de producción
- Análisis de Inventario (Revision de SS, PFO, Excesos)
**Seguimiento**
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento del programa de producción
- Coordinar con manufactura los requerimientos de clientes críticos
- En caso de haber nuevos productos, atender juntas con Project Management para agendar las ordenes de producción.
- Seguimiento de cortos con el equipo de Compras.
- Comunicación con Customer Service
- Análisis semanal de Capacidades VS Forecast

- Responsable de asegurar las entregas a tiempo al cliente / STR & STS
- Responsable del seguimiento de órdenes atrasadas al cliente / Past Due
- Responsable del mantenimiento de las órdenes de producción (cancelaciones y cambios de fecha) / Aging
- Responsable de asegurar el nível óptimo de inventario para subensambles y producto terminado
- Responsable de asegurar y mantener el Material Master actualizado
**Nível de Estudio**
- Ingeniero Industrial o carrera afin a la posición
**Experiência Profesional**
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en el mismo puesto ó relacionado con cadena de suministro.
**Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades**
- Planeación, Control de inventarios, Manejo de Indicadores, Mejora continua
- Manejo de SAP
- Liderazgo, Solución de problemas, Analítico, Trabajo bajo presión, Trabajo en equipo
- Ingles 90%
- Conocimiento de las normas y estándares internacionales relacionados a los sistemas de gestión del sitio
