**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Informática, Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información o áreas afines preferentemente.
- Experiência comprobable de al menos 2 años en soporte técnico o atención al cliente.
- **Inglés avanzado, tanto verbal como escrito indispensable.**:
- Destrezas sólidas en resolución de problemas y habilidades técnicas fundamentales.
- Conocimiento básico en Azure.
- Capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevos sistemas y tecnología.
**Responsabilidades principales de soporte técnico bilingüe**:
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a clientes principalmente mediante llamadas telefónicas.
- Solucionar y gestionar problemas técnicos de manera efectiva y oportuna.
- Documentar y actualizar las incidencias.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para escalar y resolver problemas complejos.
- Brindar una experiência de cliente excepcional en cada instalación de sistema.
- Proponer mejoras a procesos (por ejemplo automatizaciones).
