The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting our HR functions and initiatives to ensure our organization operates efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities -Support the Recruitment Specialist in the hiring and recruitment process for direct and indirect open positions. -Support the interview process for internal promotions of direct and indirect positions. -Develop and execute employee recognition programs to motivate, engage, and retain employees. -Coordinate the on-boarding process of new hires. -Input employee personal data into Human Resources systems ((People Central and TRESS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. -Actively participate in motivational events and employee recognition programs to promote a positive work culture. -Generate weekly and monthly HR KPI’s. -Assist with International Mobility processes to ensure regulatory compliance. -Guide employees through the voluntary termination process. -Conduct surveys and collect feedback from employees.

Experiência y requisitos

Requirements: Bachelor´s degree with 1-2 years of experience in HR. Fluent in spoken & written English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems High level of attention to detail and accuracy
