**_ Descripción de Puesto _**

Definir, validar y documentar procesos de manufactura con uso óptimo de recursos asegurando el nível de calidad, productividad y minimizando desperdicio (scrap), mejorando continuamente la capacidad de procesos para cumplir con las especificaciones. Esta posición agregara valor y experiência en el negocio a través del soporte directo en producción, mediante la identificación de reducción de costos, así como la generación de ideas, soluciones y coordinación de equipos de trabajo, análisis de riesgo, coordinación de soluciones, definición de procesos, planeación de proyectos, técnicas de mentoría, enfocado a soluciones técnicas sostenibles.

**_ Responsabilidades del Puesto _**
- Diseñar e implementar los procesos que cumplan con los requerimientos del producto y alto desempeño operativo.
- Documentar todos los procesos de acuerdo al sistema de Calidad ISO y FDA
- Planear y ejecutar proyectos OPEX
- Diseñar los entrenamientos técnicos y operativos
- Mantener actualizado los PFMEA
- Ejecutar las validaciones de proceso de acuerdo a el MVP
- Definir las necesidades de incremento de capacidad
- Dar soporte en los proyectos de nuevos productos
- Solución de problemas de calidad productividad y scrap aplicando técnicas de análisis y optimización
- Mantener actualizado el costeo de productos
- Mantener actualizada la documentación de Proceso
- Crear equipos de trabajo efectivos
- Acatar las medidas de seguridad necesarias para prevenir accidentes, enfermedades profesionales y contingencias ambientales dentro de la empresa.
- Cumplir las medidas de ambiental establecidas en el Reglamento Interior de trabajo.
- Coordinar e implementar la iniciativa QIP / COS en el área de proceso.
- Gestión de proyectos CAPEX (Capital y Gastos).
- Generar documentación de ingeniería para respaldar validaciones y cambios de ingeniería.

**_ Requisitos Mínimos_**
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería
- +5 años de experiência en puesto similar.
- Inglés avanzado
- Conocimientos: Moldeo, Extrusion, Transferencia de producto, Agile, BPCS, Costeo de productos, Seis Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Control Plan, PFMEA, Validaciones de Procesos, Minitab, AutoCad y Administración de Proyectos
