**RESUMEN DEL PUESTO**:
- Aplica un conocimiento extenso y diversificado de los principios y prácticas electrónicas en una amplia gama de tareas y campos relacionados. Toma decisiones con respecto a problemas y métodos de ingeniería. Responsable de la ingeniería y el aseguramiento de la calidad de parte de un proyecto importante o de un pequeño proyecto completo.
- Trabaja en la mayoría de las actividades con instrucciones sobre los resultados generales que se esperan. Puede recibir orientación técnica en los problemas más inusuales o complejos; genera soluciones de manera independiente. Trabaja con problemas de diferentes alcances, en los que el análisis de los datos requiere la evaluación de factores identificables. Ejerce su juicio en prácticas y políticas generalmente definidas, en la selección de métodos y técnicas para la obtención de resultados. Las fallas y errores en las decisiones que toma y las recomendaciones que hace podrían resultar en serios retrasos en los programas y proyectos, así como en un gasto considerable de recursos. Capaz de supervisar, desarrollar y proporcionar dirección a ingenieros y técnicos.
**DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y los procedimientos y lineamientos Corporativas de Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:
- Revisa y analiza declaraciones de tareas complejas, estándares, especificaciones, dibujos de ingeniería y otra documentación para determinar los requisitos de ingeniería.
- Puede dirigir la preparación de gráficos de hitos, insumos de estimación de mano de obra y materiales, y material relacionado necesario para definir los cronogramas del programa y prepara informes, propuestas y presentaciones.
- Responsable de asegurar que la generación, liberación y mantenimiento de la documentación esté de acuerdo.
- Diseña ensamblajes y sistemas mecánicos, electrónicos y eléctricos complejos utilizando componentes típicos.
- Proporciona experiência técnica y asistencia a ingenieros, dibujantes y técnicos asignados.
- Revisa los diseños propuestos y los planes de prueba para verificar su conformidad con los requisitos de la tarea y el contrato.
- Analiza los datos de prueba para verificar su precisión y consistencia
- Puede inspeccionar, certificar y evaluar los sistemas operativos in si tu y establece planes de prueba y guía a los técnicos en la recopilación de datos de prueba en una forma adecuada para el análisis.
- Determina los criterios y procedimientos de prueba apropiados y analiza los datos comparándolos con valores especificados y calculados, realizando cambios y mejoras cuando sea necesario.
- Planifica y realiza trabajos que requieren juicio en la evaluación independiente, selección y adaptación y modificación sustancial.
- Es responsable del monitoreo y otras actividades.
- Planifica, coordina y lidera un proyecto de ingeniería con alto y mayor impacto para el negocio, o un número reducido de proyectos con características complejas.
- Como colaborador individual, realiza tareas complejas o de reciente introducción que requieren el desarrollo de técnicas o procedimientos nuevos y mejorados.
- Se espera que su trabajo resulte en el desarrollo de equipos, materiales, procesos, productos y métodos nuevos o mejorados.
- Como personal especializado, desarrolla y evalúa planes y criterios para una variedad de proyectos y actividades que otras personas realizarán.
