**Objetive of the position**

Coordinate the entire recruiting process for the specified support area within the DRÄXLMAIER Group in cooperation with the units as well as conduct job interviews

**Principal activities**
- Conduct individual measures at universities in the region
Identify recruitment sources/methods
Assure personnel recruitment for jobs in the employee area
- Conduct database/ online research according to input from the job specification
- Publish job advertisements
- Prepare, conduct and assess the selection tests for workers, students of dual studies/vocational training programs and trainees
- Manage smaller (short/ medium-term) projects within the division/ department (e.g. in the areas of time management, promotions, employee transfers, benefits etc.)
- Cooperate in the definition of job requirements/ specifications together with the functional departments**Requirements**:

- Professional career

Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations or related.
- Relevant experience:
2-3 years in:
Recruitment and selection process (Blue Collar & White Collar)
