**Job Description**:
Responsible for managing the projects at the plant level of manufacturing engineering in the design, implementation and maintenance of safe, capable and efficient processes using the principles of PGL and following the process of new products NPDP from Bosch. It carries out feasibility studies of capital investment and coordinates the communication of the progress of engineering projects towards the administration. As well as make sure to meet the standards of quality system, environmental and keep clean and tidy your work area
**Qualifications**:
- Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- 5 Years of experience in similar position
- Intermediate Quality tools (Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis, Control Plans, measurement system analysis, statistical process Control, 8D or problem solving, etc.).
- Basic Lean Manufacturing, process mapping, development of time standards
- Intermediate Project management, new product development, transfers
- Basic CAD Software skills
- Basic Instrumentation and PLC
- Intermediate Manufacturing System Tools (MDA, PDA, Andon, vision, traceability, packaging)
- Intermediate Product costing, feasibility analysis of Capital investment projects
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
