**Materials Operations Analyst**

**Materials Operations Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:
**Main purpose**:
Provide raw material ordering and coordination support for PBC manufacturing sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate ordering of raw materials, concentrate, and sugars required for full goods production at SC Manufacturing Sites
- Weekly Inventory Management
- Proactive tracking for production materials with necessary alerts for anticipated service gaps
- Material order changes as needed based on material gaps and planning/scheduling changes
- Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays
- Inventory Analysis
- Track KPIs and costs to anticipate and correct trends in materials goods that would compromise achievement of financial targets
- Work with MRP Team on supplier changes
- Regular attendance in all required production schedule meetings to discuss material needs

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Fluent in English
- 1 year experience of supply chain or operations experience, inventory, materials, order management
- SAP/Material Planning system knowledge
