Buscamos un especialista en desarrollo de sitios web en Hubspot para planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos de programación. Esta persona desempeñará un papel crucial en la mejora y crecimiento de nuestra página web, además de actuar como administrador de nuestros sistemas de gestión de contenidos. Será el responsable de mejorar el site, corregir errores de código, mejorar el speed y el correcto funcionamiento de todas las páginas (cuestionarios, pop-up, etc).

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Ejecutar proyectos de desarrollo web en colaboración con áreas de generación de demanda, SEO, desarrollo web y búsqueda paga para respaldar diversas iniciativas de marketing.
- Manejar desarrollo web en HubSpot con capacidad de crear módulos personalizados, actualizar temas, desarrollo de páginas (landing page, thank page y one page, pop-up), crear plantillas y optimizar páginas.Conocimientos de optimización SEO y SEM, además de otras áreas de Marketing Digital.
- Utilizar plataformas de análisis web y otras herramientas para monitorear y analizar el rendimiento del sitio web.
- Resolver problemas de manera proactiva y superar los desafíos en el proceso de desarrollo web, manteniendo la atención al detalle y los estándares de alta calidad.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Licenciatura, preferiblemente en un campo relacionado (computación, informática, etc.).
- Gestión de proyectos, incluida la capacidad de priorizar y equilibrar múltiples proyectos con plazos competitivos.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Monday, Trello.
- Conocimiento en Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator y XD).
- Fuerte conocimiento de análisis digital para medir el performance de web site, mejoras del speed, mejores prácticas de diseño de la página, entre otros.
- Conocimientos de HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HubL, Hubspot CMS, API, entre otros
- Conocimiento de configuración de plataforma de análisis cómo por ejemplo (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, administrador de eventos de Meta, entre otros).
