**Escentials functions:
Is responsible for supervising the operations of the Manufacturing areas in the plant, to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.

It promotes a workplace that complies with the Health, Safety and Environment regulations.

Identify and correct operational deviations, to ensure that a quality product is met from receipt to shipment.

Gives support to Group Leaders, and general personnel in their charge; It also serves as a means of communication between the Manufacturing Manager and staff.
- **Experience:
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- **Education:
Preferably professional career in Engineering or Administration
- **Knowledge:
- Preferred English knowledge.
- Computing packages (MS Office)
- General knowledge of manufacturing practices.
- **Authority:
Those concerning your area such as:

- Stop processes that may jeopardize employee safety and / or product quality.
- Stop, modify or initiate processes according to work and material priorities.
- Administration of the personnel in charge including Disciplines, Permits, Vacations, Pre-payroll authorization of the personnel in charge among others.
- Have previously identified nonconforming material.
- Notify the material that does not conform to the Quality Engineer, to later make the scrap layout.
