**Designation**:Trainee - QA (App Tester)
**Qualification**:Any degree, IT industry related bachelor’s degree is a plus - Fresher/Trainee.
**Shift Timings**: Including, but not limited to Monday to Friday.
**Responsibilities**:
Establish approach to evolve project from manual to automated testing.
Architect automated testing frameworks and methodologies to support quality and reliability of our systems.
Work with developers to create unit-tests.
Develops and executes test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
Conducts a walk through on test case/script with COT Support Team Lead, COT Manager, Development Lead or any other authorized Maxerience representative.
Occasionally performs other IT systems engineering activities such as installation, operation, sustainment, and support.
Documenting business workflows to develop test scenarios.
Presenting results of user acceptance testing in the shame of reports or any other needed.
**Hard Skills**:
Intermediate English.
Excel - Intermediate level (Advanced is a plus)
App testing (Intermediate)
QA testing knowledge (basic)
Experience with physical security assessments (lock picking, camera evasion)
Experience with the inner workings and security aspects of variety of Application Servers, Web Servers, Media/Content Servers, Messaging Servers, Database Servers, and Integration Servers
**Soft Skills**:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills and a good understanding of how to troubleshoot, replicate, and perform other common activities to fix the issue.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges.

v Build and maintain technical documentation (Troubleshooting guides, FAQs, Tutorials, etc)
v Identify and report bugs to developers, and work with DevOps to fix tech problems.

v Ensuring adherence to all company approved policies and procedures.
