**Duties**
- Operational Support & Coordination
- Provides technical support for Service teams in Customer Support, Quotation of parts, and Operations
- Monitors system tools of the PSP Technical Help Desk and delivers timely, accurate information to ensure repairs meet OEM requirements and customer expectations
- Serve as intermediary between Engineering and PSPs
- Ensures information protection compliance and with support, enforcement
- Capable of resolving or collaborating to solve issues leveraging technical knowledge and skill, internal resources, and critical thinking
- Monitor and create old serial cards
- Customer Service
- Cultivates positive and effective working relationships with PSPs across North America
- Serve as intermediary between Engineering and PSPs
- Cultivates positive and effective working relationships with PSPs across North America
- Responsible for customer experience serving as the primary contact for all PSPs in relationship to repair solutions, intellectual property sharing and audit
- Communicates regularly to stakeholders and understands commitment to goals, initiatives, and directives within the North America Service Management Organization
- Engages in and maintains a world class quality and safety culture within the network
- Supports and identifies continuous improvement projects and initiatives

**Professional Degree Requirements**:

- Basic education diploma required
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred, in relevant field

**Experience Requirements**:

- Good English verbal and written communication skills (TOEIC +800)
- 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of part drawings and technical documents
- Knowledge of valve manufacturing standards and best practices is a plus.
- Previous Field Service Technician valve experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fisher products, with intimate knowledge of specific product lines preferred.
- Hands-on machining or fabrication experience preferred
- Engineering, Manufacturing or Service experience preferred

**Technical Knowledge Requirements**:

- Knowledge of machining theory, and how it applies to valve repair
- Reading and understanding of machining drawings
