**Vacante: Warehouse Customer Service**
**Descripción del puesto**:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar y gestionar **estadísticas de datos del almacén** y asegurar la precisión en el inventario.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los **pedidos**, asegurando que los envíos y entregas se realicen de manera puntual y sin errores.
- Mantener una **comunicación constante** con los clientes y el equipo interno para resolver dudas o problemas relacionados con los pedidos y el almacén.
- Gestionar la **entrada y salida de mercancías**, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos establecidos.
- Monitorear y supervisar el correcto uso del **sistema de gestión de almacén** (WMS).
- Garantizar que todos los procedimientos de almacenamiento cumplan con los **estándares de seguridad y eficiencia**.
**Requisitos**:
- **
Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Logística, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial** o afines.
- Experiência previa en**gestión de almacenes** o logística.
- Nível avanzado de **inglés** (indispensable).
- Habilidad para manejar sistemas de gestión de almacén y para trabajar bajo presión con múltiples tareas.
- Excelente capacidad de **organización y atención al detalle**.
**Ofrecemos**:
- Salario base mensual
- Aguinaldo de 30 días

**Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
