**Who are we looking for?***:
We are seeking EHSS Assurance Engineer To participate in developing SAFCO Management system and EHSS KPI in line with the organization standers and company requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Relvent university degree.
- English Language - Level 4.
- 5 years in SHEM process and implementation.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
Participate in developing SAFCO Mangement system in line with the organization SHEM Slanders and company requirements.

Develop and update SHEM training materials applicable to EHSS Assurance section.

Act as SHEMC secretary to ensure compliance with SHEM system in SAFCO to meet the organization SHEM standard.

support in preparing incident analysis based on criteria such as status of investigation and implementation or recommendations causes of injuries.

Participate in the preparation of EHSS Assurance section annual operation aVcapital business plan.

Analyze and issue reports on EHSS performance and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Conduct audits to gauge compliance to EHSS and develop strategies for improvement and identify high value focus areas
Follow up & Track all SHEMS Audit findings / NC's actions.

Maintain safety perforamnce record for internal and external audits.

Conduct Monthly EHSS Department Walkthrough as per the plan.
