Project Management & Documentation Expert

**Who We Are**:
We are a small and rapidly growing strategy consultancy firm, driven by a passion for helping B2B service based businesses to become more profitable and owners to remove themselves from day to day operations. **The Role**:
The Project Management & Documentation Expert plays a vital role in helping our clients improve the efficiency of their operations. This role meets with key members of the client’s team and creates process maps of the client’s existing processes. These process maps are used to improve operations and create refined job descriptions. Once the process maps are created, the Project Management & Documentation Expert creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the client’s procedures and processes. Once the process maps & SOP’s have been created, the Project Management & Documentation Expert builds out templates in a project management software mutually chosen with the client. The project templates match the processes and the SOP’s are embedded in the templates as well.

Internally, this role will support the operations team by leading and supporting internal projects to enhance organizational efficacy and ensure smooth client delivery.

**Responsibilities**

Client facing:

- Work with clients on process mapping clients’ business operations to create clarity
- Creating SOP documentation for clients to support their internal processes
- Assist client in identifying the best fit project management system for their needs
- Implementation of project management system and creation of templates within the project management system to match the client’s process maps.
- Embed SOP’s within the project templates.

Internal:

- Assist internal operations team with project management and process development and documentation
- Lead and execute projects as assigned
- Maintain internal project management system for maximum efficacy

MINIMUM requirements:

- At least 1 project management certification. Multiple preferred (PMP or greater).
- At least 1 certification in a project management tool - ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Wrike, Trello, or similar.
- At least 8 years of experience working in a project management role.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a remote environment.
- Consistent internet access and computer equipment suitable for remote working environment
- General ability to work hours roughly 9 am to 5 pm CDMX time, with some flexibility for occasional client calls as needed outside of these hours
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently as our clients are mostly located in the US and Canada.
- 10+ years total work experience
- 8+ years project management experience
- Certification in 3+ project management modalities
- Certification in 3+ project management tools
- Certification or extensive experience in Notion
- 2+ years experience directly managing others
- Experience working with agencies or B2B service companies

Employment type: Full Time, contractor
