Your tasks

1. Organize and lead the problem solving (A3 and 8D), and track the improvement implementation.
2. Monitor, handle and report for process control; Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process, toward no defect, no escape to customer.
3. Keep in target quality KPIs (NCCs, IDR, Supplier quality topics)
4. Lead/assistant to coordinate internal quality improvement project.
5. Participate in developing FMEA, CP,instruction，inspection record...

**Profile**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in industrial, electronical engineering.
2. At least 5 years working experience related in quality.
3. Good knowledge in quality tools.
4. Good communication in English.
5. Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
