**Job Description**:
Fixed Assets Analyst is responsible for management of assets entire life cycle from acquisition to disposition/ retirement by continuously tracking the status of assets in conjunction with reconciliation of data from General Ledger in compliance with Central Directives and Tax Regulations.

As Fixed Assets Analyst the main responsibilities will be:

- Create tickets in SSF Tool for capitalization, retirements and changes in master data for Fixed Assets
- Responsible for complying in a timely manner with the requirements established by internal control, EY, Mex. Government, etc.
- Coordinate with CTG the physical inventory
- Ensure preparation of Fixed Assets Reports, special requirements, internal and external, analysis and explanation of variances
- Develop improvements to the procedures to have better results (automation of manual work)
- Ensure all the FA Transactions accomplish with the CD, and legal requirements, sales and disposition proofs.

**Qualifications**:
SAP knowledge

MS Office expertise (Excel and Powerpoint)

English 70% or more

Ability to work in team

Accounting or business administration career

Fixed Assets Experience 1-2 years
