**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the company's cost systems for all domestic locations
- Roll and verify standard / current costs for all products.
- Prepares and analyzes, as necessary, excess & obsolete inventory and assures appropriate handling
- Coordinates and oversees physical inventories, including reconciliation and recording
- Review and enter all labor costs into the general ledger and reconcile monthly balances
- Analyze and review cost elements variances impacting P&L and Balance Sheet
- Perform Month End closing processes and journal entries.
- Reconciliation of various general ledger accounts including inventory monthly, quarterly or annually as required.
- Complete periodic, monthly and annual reporting, including gross profit reports, for management.
- Review the company's financial position, especially through gross profit, Margin Analysis.
- Maintain the company's transfer pricing files and complete transfer pricing study documents.
- Establish metrics to help drive plant efficiency and improvement.
- Support and work the plant teams to drive improvement.
- Maintain Fixed Assets including budget vs actual spend.
- Departmental and Budget Spend
- Other Ad Hoc tasks as required.
- Yearly analysis for Over head rates (Variable and Fix).
- Support Plant Controller.
- Volume and Sales Analysis, Volume and Mix Analysis.

**Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ Finance or related field.
- English is a most.
- 3-5 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in finance management at a manufacturing plant.
- Demonstrated experience in computerized accounting systems and knowledge of relevant computer Qualifications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
- Foreign and Domestic travel, 5%.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Knowledge.
- Oracle, Hyperion, Smartview, Crystal, and BAAN experience a plus.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled in Inventory control, supply chain, forecasting, implementation of MRP software (ORACLE, SAP, AS400, etc).
- Proficient use of Excel, database programming or data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of customs requirements between Mexico and USA, CTPAT, OEA, Import and Export processes and Trade compliance controls.
- Understand operational processes systems and business KPI drivers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and Leadership
- English Language: writing and speaking >90%.
