As HR Digital Transformation Agent you will be a crucial part of a strategic global project. Working in an international environment, along with colleagues from HR, logistics, finance and IT areas you will drive the implementation of ERP template in the region Americas (US, MX, CAN, BR).

**What you can look forward to as HR Digital Transformation Agent (DTA), Americas (M/F/d)**:

- Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within the region Americas with specific legal and local requirements, but strong focus on the global standards of HR
- Identifying gaps between existing HR functionalities incl. requirements of a specific ZF site and the globally defined standards of the ZF ERP Template and creating solutions how to close them focusing on the global standards defined in the ERP Template
- Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes and interfaces - Taking on the role of a Process Expert in HR (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template when required - in close cooperation with the responsible Global Process Owner (GPO) and his/her team)
- Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the domain HR processes in scope in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals
- Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site or remote
- Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions; guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks; training of Key-Users at the ZF sites
- Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template

**Your profile as HR Digital Transformation Agent (DTA), Americas (M/F/d)**:

- Extensive process experience in the area of HR with focus on core HR (Payroll, T&A, GL-accounting, travel expense reimbursement, etc.) in the region
- Good functional SAP and other HR-Systems (Payroll and Benefits, Time and Attendance) experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules in other domains (Finance and Controlling, Travel and Expense) on end-to-end level
- Solid experience in large multinational projects with HR focus - Knowledge of general company processes which affects HR
- Knowledge of specific legal or local process requirements in the regions
- Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
- Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
- Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
- Ability to travel in the region incl. working permit for US/CAN/BR
- Fluent English language skills
