The Administrative Technician´s responsibility is to ensure proper operation of production line as per systematic basis, based on safety, quality, delivery, people and cost standards (as per Customer needs), using machines, tools and supported by APT system to deploy daily, weekly and monthly results.

Lead work team for operation and administrative topics, including direct HC responsibility and all point involved, payroll, discipline etc.

Ensure skills level for work team as per systematic basis. Ensure delivery and control for process and product parameters to provide quality of product to Customer as per requirements, and is based in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. This position reports directly to a Quality Supervisor and operates on a daily basis in of the offices located in San Luis Potosí.

**_What is the Job About?_**
- EPP usage and promotion with press and washing team
- Lead 5S & TPM execution as per GPS guide lines.
- Ensure proper QRQC and DLPA execution
- Ensure proper data (FTT, OPR, SCRAP) loaded on data bases
- Provide training to new comers or internal movements
- Report operation abnormalities as per escalation plan
- Product and process parameters assurance as per quality standards
- WIP control
- Lead work team to achieve output targets
- Production plan execution as per COOIS

**_What do you need to apply?_**
- High school (Technician level - machines and tools)
- 2 years’ experience at least
- GPS system execution (5S, TPM, IP)
- SAP medium level: COOIS, COGI, maintenance orders management
- WIP Management skills
- Measurement equipment usage
- Measurement methods
- Basics on hydraulic and pneumatics
- Tool and die full knowledge
- Focus on the basics (safety, quality, delivery)
- 100% multi skills on responsibility areas
- Non union Technician
