**Main Responsibilities**:
The Software Project Manager will guide multiple platform work streams to help take on a digital transformation for our customer-facing website. This position will understand, effectively apply, and coach agile and lean principles to help create and maintain an environment for continuous learning and relentless improvement. The Software Project Manager will support the agile teams and cross-functional groups to coordinate dependencies and communicate with the organization effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure team execution and performance are aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to define milestones and hold them accountable for each stage of the project.
- Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages.
- Protect, insulate, and guide teams towards achieving their committed objectives.
- Communicate progress tracking and reporting to all levels of the organization.
- Remove impediments and risks to the team, so they can remain focused on achieving their goals.
- Coordinate with the business and shared resources in planning meetings.
- Create and maintain relevant metrics to help the team assess their progress, opportunities, and successes.
- Assist the coordination of release timing and organizational training.
- Lead and advocate for agile / scrum based software development framework.
- Plan, organize, allocate resources, and lead the operational activities of a function.
- Exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked by employees.
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
