**REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES**
- Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o relacionada.
- 3+ años de experiência actual como Supervisor de Ensamblaje o Producción.
- Capacidad para liderar e influir en otros en un entorno de producción.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como orales.
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar en horarios flexibles y horas extras.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Asignar y coordinar el trabajo en un departamento de manufactura para maximizar la productividad y minimizar costos manteniendo la calidad.
- Capacita y orienta a nuevos entrenadores.
- Sirve como respaldo en ausencia del gerente de producción y/o otros supervisores según sea necesario.
- Mantiene un registro de las operaciones del turno y los registros de tiempo/asistencia dentro del área asignada.
- Asigna empleados para maximizar los objetivos de producción, mantener la calidad y cumplir con los requisitos de producción.
- Participa en el establecimiento y modificación de métodos y procesos operativos recomendando cambios en materiales, equipos, horarios y procedimientos.
- Trabaja eficazmente con otros supervisores y gerentes de producción para resolver conflictos, cumplir con los objetivos generales y gestionar el cambio.
- Mantiene la disciplina operativa y administrativa dentro del alcance de su responsabilidad asegurando la finalización precisa y oportuna de los registros de tiempo/asistencia, ejecución de procedimientos DPT, auditorías de seguridad/calidad y acciones correctivas asociadas, desarrollo y ejecución de un plan efectivo de capacitación cruzada, y aplicación consistente de políticas actuales.
