**Location**: Toluca, Mexico

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for collecting information linked to the Customer invoice reception process for all invoices according to our local fiscal requirements.

Run the local invoicing reports to comply with our local fiscal regulation.

Responsible to get all goods receipts from different customers according to different procedures.

Cooperate on audit requirements linked to local invoicing process.

Responsible to update the local foreign invoicing complement.

Communicate effectively with the team as well as the various departments that play a key role in the invoicing delivery process.

Provide support, when required, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness on the department.

**We value**:
Bachelor degree Accounting, Finance or Administration

SAP knowledge in Billing/Accounting module

Knowledge in accounting and Mexican taxes; and in local and foreign Billing regulation

**Advance knowledge of MS Office**: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Enthusiastic, with ability to respond in a constantly changing environment

Intermediate or advanced level of English

Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and a level of personal integrity and accountability
