**What you will do**:
- You will be responsible for all areas related Logistics: First and mid-mile transportation, Warehousing, Last Mile and Reverse logistics for our business in Mexico.
- As the company is growing exponentially you will have to imagine and implement relevant and efficient processes.
- You will be coordinating with our external partners, including warehouses, couriers, Customer Service and suppliers.
- You will be identifying operational weaknesses and develop optimization proposals not only for the Colombian market but for the entire structure of our company.
**What you'll bring to us**:
- You are finishing your Bachelor degree
- You have ideally already acquired some experience in the field(s) of industrial engineering, logistics management, start-ups etc.
- You like to think and act rationally and effectively.
- You have a very good command of Excel.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
- You are motivated and eager to learn.
