Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales_
1. Posee, comprende y aplica los conceptos, prácticas y procedimientos fundamentales del área de enfoque del sistema de potencia* y los productos SEL relacionados.
2. Capacitar y asistir a los clientes en la creación, diseño, configuración, validación, instalación, puesta en marcha y operación de sistemas de automatización y/o protección.
3. Completar e implementar el trabajo asignado dentro del alcance, el cronograma y el presupuesto acordados con un alto nível de calidad y seguridad.
4. Participar en la elaboración de especificaciones de diseño funcional.
5. Preparar y mantener documentos de diseño detallados, informes, listas de verificación, informes de prueba y entregables.
6. Seguir y aplicar los valores de SEL, los Principios de operación, y los principios de Manufactura de clase mundial.
7. Entender. Crear. Simplificar.
8. Otros deberes asignados.

BS en Ingeniería Eléctrica o disciplina relevante

Más de 2 años de experiência en aplicaciones relevantes con sistemas de energía eléctrica, prácticas industriales y *_área de enfoque_prácticas y filosofías

Buen conocimiento de las aplicaciones de protección y control, integración y/o automatización y comunicaciones de sistemas eléctricos de potencia.

Conocimiento práctico del diseño de sistemas de energía eléctrica, estudios, tecnología de la información y la comunicación y aplicaciones de relés de protección.

Dispuesto a viajar a nível nacional e internacional por lo menos el 25% según el área de enfoque.

Fuertes habilidades para escribir, documentar y hablar.

Capacidad de aprender nuevas habilidades y asumir nuevas responsabilidades.

Capacidad de trabajar cooperativamente en un ambiente de equipo.

Resultados de la verificación de antecedentes satisfactorios para SEL.

Resultado(s) negativo(s) a la prueba de droga.

Certificado de ingeniero en formación
Experiência en servicios eléctricos, plantas industriales, ingeniería de consultoría o integradores de sistemas
Experiência en ingeniería de proyectos
Conocimiento práctico de VISION u otro software de monitoreo de gestión de proyectos.
- Área de enfoque = Protección, Automatización, Diseño, Estudios, Puesta en marcha, Seguridad, Redes y Gestión de proyectos_
- Protección = protección del sistema, relés de protección y sus aplicaciones, ajustes y pruebas
- Automatización = software, integración y automatización, controles industriales, PLC, protocolos industriales (IEC-61850, DNP, Modbus), sistemas Ethernet, analizadores de protocolos y prácticas SCADA industriales
- Diseño = analiza especificaciones técnicas; crea diseños físicos y eléctricos detallados, listas de materiales y estimaciones de trabajos.
- Estudios = experiência demostrada usando PSSE, ETAP y / o RTDS. Conocimientos sólidos en sistemas de energía eléctrica.
- Puesta en servicio = realiza pruebas de puesta en servicio y aceptación en sitio campo e in situ, capacita y ayuda a los clientes con la instalación, puesta en servicio y operación de los dispositivos. Viajará hasta el 80%
- Seguridad = experiência en seguridad en sistemas de control industrial, que incluye controles técnicos, evaluaciones de seguridad, políticas, planes y procedimientos. Necesita tener certificaciones CISSP y / o GSEC o equivalentes. Conocimiento práctico del cumplimiento de NERC / CIP y / o requisitos de seguridad de la norma NIST SP800. - Gerente de Proyecto= gestión completa de las fases del ciclo de vida de proyectos en múltiples proyectos de amplia escala y multidisciplinarios desde la concepción de la propuesta hasta la puesta en marcha y el cierre. Monitorea y estabiliza proyectos de manera eficaz, implementa soluciones que supera obstáculos y resuelve las necesidades del cliente.
- Propuestas: Revise los documentos de RFQ del cliente para conocer las especificaciones técnicas y el alcance. Evalúe las decisiones de oferta/no oferta, desarrolle la declaración de trabajo, los diseños preliminares, la matriz de responsabilidad, la evaluación de riesgos, el flujo de caja y los cronogramas preliminares del proyecto. Desarrollar una buena comprensión de la cartera completa de ES de SEL y utilizarla de manera efectiva para desarrollar soluciones completas. Trabajar con contratos para finalizar los términos y condiciones.
