Position Summary To support the company in meeting goals and objectives by facilitating strong partnerships with outside print and wash contractors to ensure timely, accurate and quality execution of open contract purchase orders within retailer mandated timing constraints. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Establish, and maintain, a positive working relationship with all outside contractors (print & wash) - Negotiate costing schedules with all outside contractors (print & wash), and maintenance of published schedule with internal teams. - Establish capacity plans with each outside contractor, and provide forecast of capacity needed monthly, quarterly, and annually as needed to support the company’s goals for production efficiency and output. - Assist Domestic Production Director in the allocation of retailer programs to outside contractors as needed to meet company goals for output and margin. - Coordination of production time and actions (T&As) with outside contractors to establish components due dates to secure an acceptable exit date that allows the company to ship to retail on time, or early. - Generate and maintain WIP reporting with each outside contractor to provide visibility and transparency to both internal and external teams. - Collaboration with Domestic Production Director on priorities, challenges, and resolution of concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Establish a weekly schedule of visits to outside contractors to ensure priorities are being adhered to, published schedules are being met, and challenges are being resolved in a timely manner. - Establish a weekly schedule of calls with each outside contractor to review WIP with Production team members to address concerns or confirm details in a timely manner. - Collaborate on the generation, and maintenance of, a vendor scorecard that can be used when meeting with outside contractors and planning future business. - Assist in the review, and resolution, of proposed chargebacks to outside contractors.

Experiência y requisitos

Minimum Qualifications - Associate or bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred or equivalent related production experience. - Prior apparel industry production experience required. - Knowledge of apparel print techniques, methods, and pricing required. - Knowledge of production workflows, activities, timelines and products required. - Must stay current with industry innovations and trends. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Project management experience a plus - Experience in report generation and analytics preferred. - Proven history of flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, ability to multi-task and maintain ongoing task lists. - Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish required.
