Director´s Assistant

Mexican multinational company, leader in LATAM dedicated to the development and design of products for advertising campaigns, mainly in the entertainment sector, is looking for someone who wants to enrich their experience as Director´s Assistant performing the following functions:

- Telephone attention in English.
- Follow-up of internal communication of the area.
- Meeting planning and management.
- Administration of documents corresponding to the area.
- Account status management.
- Management and planning of corporate trips.
- Preparation of presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English.
- Office.
- Adobe Acrobat.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
