**Experiência Laboral**:Team leader 4 años preferentemente. Ingeniero de calidad 2 años preferentemente.
**Idioma**:Ingles Basico
**Responsabilidades principales**
1. Brindar los recursos necesarios a las líneas de producción bajo su responsabilidad, para asegurar el cumplimiento diario del programa de producción, con la más alta calidad interna/externa, al menor costo de manufactura posible.
2. Cumplir los programas de producción en base diaria/semanal.
3. Eficientizar de líneas de producción.
4. Reducir y/o eliminar el Scrap de material al mínimo posible.
5. Reducir las variaciones de inventario.
6. Respetar procesos y procedimientos establecidos en nuestro sistema de calidad y manufactura.
7. Reducir la rotación, ausentismo y retardos del personal hourly.
8. Administrar al personal a cargo y mantener una buena disciplina en el uso correcto de la maquinaria y/o herramental proporcionado por la compañía. (Cumplir con el tpm).
9. Revisar falta de materiales para cumplir con los programas de producción.
10. Manejar los Bom de números de parte correctos.
11. Usar con disciplina los sistemas de calidad y manufactura por el personal de producción.
12. Conocimientos básicos de la interpretación del proceso de Inyección. (aplica Inyección)
13. Conocimientos básicos en el sistema MU y OEE para el entendimiento de la medición del área. (aplica a Inyección)
14. Conocimientos básicos de programación de máquinas, para la interpretación y toma de decisiones (aplica en Inyección)
15. Conocimientos básicos de materiales que se procesan en inyección. (aplica en inyección)
16. Seguimiento y cumplimiento a los cambios de herramentales (aplica en inyección)
17. Seguimiento y enfoque en 5´s en el área a cargo.
18. Administración de personal a cargo como team leader, utility y operador de producción.
