HR Advisory

- We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of _**_HR Advisory_**
- The Advisory Teams within HR are actively engaged in maintaining high standards of operational activity throughout the year, as well as researching and implementing the changes ne_cessary to support the ongoing transformation of HR. This is a role is a major player in supporting the business in the achievement of their strategic goals.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Escalate flaws/gaps in policy and process to the appropriate relationship manager in the HR Advisory team and/or the customer contact support team and/or the appropriate area. Work with the HR business in order to influence appropriate changes.

Requirements

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- _Knowledge in case management_
- _Practical experience gained in one or more of Employee Relations, Performance & Reward or Learning & Talent Development. _
- _Ability to understand complex situations and provide clear guidance and, where necessary, challenge to others. _
- _Accurate and detail conscious, able to quickly spot errors in data and gaps in information, confidently seeking clarification and explanation._
- _A proactive self-starter with a “can-do”, customer focused approach who can learn quickly from experience._
- _An understanding of the business environment to ensure that advice & guidance aligns with business aims & goals._
- _Intermediate-advanced English_
- _Desirable, Financial Services background_
