- Supervisar las actividades de Recibo de material, tanto físicamente como su correcto registro en el sistema de la empresa, optimizando tiempo y recursos, asegurando el flujo de material en alineacion con los objetivos de la empresa.**Responsabilidades**:
- Cumplimiento con la politica de seguridad
- Supervisar el recibo y envio de materiales
- Supervisar cumplimiento de 5 s en el area de trabajo
- Actualizacion de nomina semanal
- Asistencia a juntas estrategicas
- Seguimiento a pizarrones MDI
- Elaboracion de reportes
- Elaboracion de BBS
- Seguimiento a prioridades de material
- Contacto con diferentes departamentos para asegurar correcto recibo y flujo de producto
- Mejoras en el area de recibos y/o relacionadas
- Reportes de cortos y clear to build a las areas de soporte
- Liberacion de programa en CTO
- Actualizacion de Kanban
- Revisa con el Scheduler la prioridades diarias y sirve de enlace en la comunicación de limitantes de manufactura o materiales para cumplimiento del program
- Actualiza el programa en base al rate establecido por el Scheduler
- Revisa el clear to build con el personal de almacen y reporta cortos
- Actualiza la lista de prioridades para embarques
- Actualiza los cambios de programa según sea necesario en Oracle y CTO (Hold, Release, Etc)
- Da el seguimiento de ordenes urgentes de cliente
- Registra las causas raiz de ordenes perdidas
- Seguimiento y retroalimentacion a problemas en el recibo
- Supervisa tareas de recibo y asignacion de locaciones
- Supervision y retroalimentacion de programa de conteos ciclicos.
**Calificaciones**:
- Carrera en Ingeieria o Administrativa terminada: Pasante o Titulado
- Minimo 3 años en almacenes, centros de distribución, materiales
- Manejo de excel, analitico, trabajo en equipo
- Lider de grupos de trabajo, Manejo de personal, Trabajo sobre presion, Proactivo, Automotivado
