As a Customer Master Administrator LATAM is responsible for administration and maintenance of external customer master data and the execution of data governance policies and procedures in Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Creation and Modification of Customer and Professional Accounts in Salesforce
- Creation and Modification of Commercial Accounts in Salesforce & SAP
- Assignment and Deallocation of Territories for commercial Sales Force for all types of accounts in Salesforce
- Affiliation and Disenrollment for Customer and Professional accounts in Salesforce
- Subordination and de-subordination of Customer and Comercial Accounts in Salesforce
- Dissemination of Salesforce LATAM Metrics reports to Commercial Team
- Creation and modification of commercial accounts for employee sales
- Assurance of data quality maintained
- Proactive participation on local and regional projects regarding Customer Master
- Active participation, transfer of knowledge and good practices sharing local requirements on global projects among collaboration with the ICO
- Generation and Analysis of Territory List Reports, used by Commercial Team for correct territory assignment in Salesforce & Excel *
- Generation and Analysis of Account Affiliation Reports, used by Commercial Team for correct territory assignment in Salesforce & Excel *
- Generation and Analysis of Account Subordination Reports in Salesforce & Excel *
- Management and generation of reports for Salesforce KPI's on Leads and Field Requests*
- AFCM Controls for Changes and Creations on Customer Master*
- Monthly presentation of Customer Master results, KPI's, volumes, risks, success stories and highlights*
- Validation and / or revision of supporting documentation for commercial account creation*
- Provide training to sales team regarding the usage of tools used by Customer Master Administrators, example Salesforce & CAC form*
- Local Process Owner for Customer Master as a first-tier contact for regional and global initiatives *
- Creation and follow up of incidents on ITSM portal regarding Customer Master
