Spanish Bilingual Collections Specialist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Spanish Collections Specialist for our dedicated team in Mexico

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Outbound/Inbound calls with delinquent borrowers
- Find solutions to help bring borrower’s loans to a current status.
- Process payments for borrowers with past due payments and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
- Remain in compliance with our collections policies and procedures

**Must-Have**
- 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior call center experience with financial products preferred
- Team Player with a Professional demeanor
- Bilingual Spanish/English required

Pay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
