**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Responsable de ayudar al Gerente de Aseguramiento de Calidad del sitio con la administración del sistema de acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA) que surjan de desviaciones, auditorias, inspecciones regulatorias, deficiencias de calidad de producto y otras oportunidades identificadas.
- Colabora con los equipos de Post Market y Regulatorio en actividades relacionadas con quejas de cliente, acciones de campo y CAPA globales.
- Responsable de gestionar las aplicaciones para asegurar que el proceso de CAPA cumpla con los objetivos de calidad establecidos de tiempo y efectividad.
- Responsable de entablar relaciones sólidas intradepartamentales y multifuncionales / organizativas para asegurar que los requisitos del sistema de calidad (QSR) son cumplidos.
- Lidera y actúa como facilitador con equipos multifuncionales para la efectiva resolución de problemas, considerando la utilización de recursos, la orientación profesional, el entrenamiento y la tutoría de los miembros del equipo.
- Influir en el cumplimiento del sitio con la política de calidad, los procedimientos del sistema de gestión de calidad.
- Influir en la participación en el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y externa.
- Influir en las métricas del sistema de calidad, como acciones correctivas y preventivas, métricas de capacitación, métricas de finalización y resolución de quejas.
- Participar en las auditorías internas e inspecciones externas representando el sistema de administración de CAPA.

**Calificaciones**:

- Licenciatura en áreas de ingeniería
- 2-4 años de experiência en manufactura, ingeniería y aseguramiento de calidad
- 1-3 años de experiência demostrada en herramientas de resolución de problemas.
- Nível de inglés avanzado
