Commercial Administration Manager
This position is key to generate operational excellence, profitability and growth, and impove the customer expercience.
**A snapshot of your day as a Commercial Operations Manager**:
- Lead the S&OP and Demand Planning: Represents the Region in all meetings and interactions as called by S&OP process. Ensure compliance of the requirements of the LAM GCO team with required inputs, reports and participation in key meetings.
- Participate in the Pricing Process activities, with Marketing, Sales and CPM Team.
- Be the key point, with CPM Team, for supporting customer needs, being the contact with other internal areas, to answer the customer requirements on time in form.
- SFDC Administration: Act as liaison with any stakeholders for any SFDC related matters.
- Develop and analyze reports to support the decision making of the other internal areas.
- Identify, develop and implement improvements to internal commercial processes.
- Manage commercial contracts like Reagent Rental Agreements and others generated by commercial areas.
How You’ll Make an Impact.
- Lead the Commercial Operations Team for Mexico and Latin America and become the key point of contact with Corporate Areas like Revenue Operations, Channel Partner Management, Demand Planning and Finance.
- Generate, analyze and keep reports necessary for decision making of the other internal areas of the Company such as General Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.
- Processes Improvement.
- Bring consistency and discipline to the commercial areas to ensure sustainable and compliant growth.
What you bring.
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in planning, processes and sales administration tasks.
- Business English
- Strategic vision
- Experience leading a team.
- High analysis capability
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel and SFDC and desirable PowerBI.
