Associate Cost Controls Specialist

**Job Overview**:

- Cost control function, control budget maintenance, commitment monitoring, expenditure reporting, cost estimates to completion and project cost analysis and reporting activities. Procurement budget and cost control.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Monitors and maintains budgets and estimates at completion with input from project team members, project change coordinator, contract administration and project management teams at project locations.
- Cost control input from project controls teams at project locations to develop program cost reports in compliance with contract and corporate requirements.
- Provides input and support as required for preparation of client invoices and payment milestones.
- Maintains project cost code structure (CBS).
- Maintains comprehensive. accurate variation order files, logs, and documents.
- Interfaces with various project departments regarding cost reporting requirements and ensures that information is correctly and efficiently submitted.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- BS degree in engineering or construction or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- 2 years overall Project Controls experience
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Demonstrable experience with at least 1 or 2 phases of an EPIC project.
- Basic English language
