**About the Role**:
This role will work directly with the area of value Access and HE&OR

**Key responsibilities**:

- Co-develop and participate in the health economic and outcome research (HEOR) strategy defined for CPO pipeline, such as listing process and value messaging.
- Develop and implement strategies for literature reviews (search strategies, protocol report).
- Develop, in collaboration with medical, the clinical value dossier for listing and reimbursement submissions.
- Compare and evaluate the value of our pipeline using clinical, economic, and quality of life data from different sources (clinical trials, observational studies, meta-analysis, etc.)
- Support pricing activities for the defined pipeline.
- Generate scientific content related to HEOR projects for scientific/massive/commercial purposes.
- Stay informed of the healthcare system situation, as well as policy trends affecting both payers and providers.
- Shape the access product strategy by incorporating key insights from relevant stakeholders.
- Understand key metrics and trends that impact market access success in the short
- and long-term.

**Role Requirements**

**Essential Requirements**
- BA Economics or finance is desirer.
- 1 year experience in HEOR, Finance, or Economics in general.
- Data interpretation and business analytics expertise.
- Knowledge of economic models.
- English and Spanish fluent.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Mexico's healthcare ecosystem.
