**Job Title: SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) Functional-Technical Consultant**

**Location**: On Site in Monterrey, N.L. OR Mexico City

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Duration**:Permanent
- **The CM Analyst supports the development, testing and deployment of Convergent Mediation solutions to move information into SAP. ** It requires an understanding of the subjacent business process for what the data is used, as well as an understanding of the business rules governing both upstream and downstream processes.
- The analyst will also support the documentation of requirements and specifications needed to design, recommend, and implement solutions to improve the flow of information. They will develop solutions based on Convergent Mediation platforms that will enable the organization to achieve its goals. They will also utilize industry best practices to ensure deploy ability, scalability and supportability of those solutions in a growing organization. They will be responsible for deliverables to facilitate project delivery using the Software Development Lifecycle (SCLC) and deliverables within the Project Management Office (PMO). They will also be responsible for the maintenance and support of existing solutions as well as newly delivered ones.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Perform data analysis to understand how data impacts solutions.**
- Perform analysis of existing solutions to understand how they function. Further using this analysis to resolve incidents and/or design improvements.
- Under direction, create Functional Specifications and perform system configuration.
- Support the team to design, build, and deploy solutions, project deliverables, and enhancements.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- May be required to work irregular hours (weekends, evenings)
- May be required to perform oncall duties as required.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities, managing, and communicating interdepartmental and management expectations.
- Provides a moderate level of input into system or process availability, in accordance with procedures and policies to achieve optimal performance in expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree on Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

**Work Experience**
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with peers, superiors and members of cross functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually.
- Experience partnering with others to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Experience in similar roles with demonstrated analytical skills.
- Demonstrated history of responsibility to resolve progressively more complex situations.
- Of system implementation experience in the Business System or Comparable systems supported by this role.
- Of project delivery experience. Ideally with 1+ full lifecycle delivery in required system.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, works across department to achieve goals.
- **Convergent mediation architecture, configuration and usage**
- **SAP BRIM and SD familiarity**
- **SQL familiarity**
- **Good problem solving and analytical skills.**
- **Understanding of SAP best practices**
- **Java coding abilities**
- **Coding environment usage (ECLIPSE, GiT, Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, etc.)**
- Ability to work independently and multi-task various assignments
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Detailed system knowledge in customization and configuration of supported systems
- Familiarity with the Application Project Development Lifecycle
- Strong process driven background and process improvement orientation
