Job Summary
Job summary:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Customer Service Representative _located in _Aguascalientes_._
- Reporting to the _Program Manager_, _Customer Service Representative _role involves_ i_n charge of communicating with customers and deal with customer's inquiries._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ The General Manager will be accountable for overseeing and directing the site to ensure business development growth and the attainment of profit and operations goals including the Vision and Mission._
- _ Review with planning and production to be aware of AR accounts._
- _ Follow-up of deliveries with clients_
- _ Communication with CFT to comply with previous and current production plans._
- _ Handle enquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution._
- _ Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customer’s._
- _ Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions._
- _ Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed._
- _ Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer comprehension._
- _ In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor’s Dregree._
- _ Advance English._
- _ ERP knowledge. BAAN (nice to have)_
- _ Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments._
- _ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals._
- _ Ability to effectively present information and acknowledges to questions from groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers._
