**General Summary**

Asegura el apego a procesos y procedimientos que se desarrollan en las áreas de producción a través de la inspección y auditorias en los procesos, productos y sistemas de calidad con el propósito de asegurar la conformidad de la manufactura de los productos ensamblados

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Efectuar las inspecciones, mediciones, pruebas que se requieran para determinar la conformidad del material o producto fabricado o ensamblado por las áreas de producción.
- Asegurar que los resultados de las inspecciones sean oportunos y confiables.
- Realizar las inspecciones de productos y/o materias primas teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de producción del área.
- Tomar y registrar los datos del proceso de producción, para determinar variaciones en la fabricación de subproductos y productos terminados.
- Tomar muestras de materias primas, subproductos o productos terminados para verificar características cualitativas y cuantitativas de acuerdo con planes de inspección y/o documentos técnicos de muestro aplicables.
- Identificar, documentar e informar cualquier no conformidad detectada en la inspección de materia prima, productos en proceso y terminado.
- Realizar confirmaciones mediante el sistema SAP (verificar la existencia de orden de venta, código de empaque, etc.)
- Crear notificaciones Z3 para la documentación de un rechazo interno de producto.
- Mantener actualizado los registros utilizados para inspección de proceso, Inspección final, primera pieza y tablas de inspección en los procesos.
- Realizar inspección de “Primera Pieza” al inicio de acuerdo la naturaleza de los procesos.
- Contribuir con los procesos del sistema de calidad asegurando el cumplimiento por las áreas de producción (Seguimiento a instrucciones de trabajo, captura de defectos, inspección a prototipos, calibración, caducidad de materiales con vida de expiración, RTY & Paro de Línea, etc.,).
- Ha de asegurar que los empaques de los productos terminados sean los adecuados y correctos de acuerdo con las indicaciones de Ingeniería de Manufactura.
- Apoyar a fomentar la Cultura e Calidad en las operaciones de México.
- Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables.

**Related Education & Experience -**

Nível de Secundaria Requerida y Preparatoria preferible o equivalente con 3 años de experiência relacionada en el puesto de Inspector de Control de Calidad.
- Liderazgo.
- Antigüedad mínima de un año.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Experiência y/o conocimiento en los productos y operaciones de manufactura (preferido).
- Debe tener un conocimiento práctico de los requisitos del sistema de calidad ISO90001/TL9000.
- Manejo del sistema SAP Básico (deseable conocimiento en el módulo de Calidad.
- Aplicación de tablas de muestreo AQL.
- Asistir y participar en auditorias del Sistema de Calidad
- Uso básico de aplicaciones de Microsoft Office para el desarrollo de reportes de Inspección.
- Ingles básico (para leer y hacer una correcta Interpretación de dibujos, criterios de calidad & especificaciones de producto).
- Habilidades de comunicación, Trabajo en Equipo y Proactividad.
- Conocimiento y aplicación de los procedimientos de calidad & documentos de trabajo.
- Cumplimiento con las políticas de ética, conducta & valores de la organización.
- Manejo en Instrumentos de medición básicos (vernier, cinta métrica, micrómetro, equipos de inspección óptica, etc., deseables) & curso de Metrología.
