**Objetivo**

Coordinar y gestionar la metodología de mejora continua, generando estrategias de mejora enfocadas en la entrega de valor al cliente y consumidor desarrollando a las personas en herramientas de mejora continua como DMAIC,VOCA, IPA, VSD. Participar y dar soporte de manera integral con los equipos de trabajo con el objetivo de aportar elementos que le permitan al sitio crecer de una forma altamente competitiva, logrando un desarrollo rentable y sostenible.

**Un día de....**

1.Implementación y gestión de las prácticas de Goal Alignment (GA) como OMP (Plan Maestro Operacional), Mediciones (KPI´s), Reuniones Operacionales, Solución de problemas integrando las metodologías DMAIC y VOCA, Rutinas estándar documentando la buena práctica de los procesos.

2. Asegurando el entrenamiento, gestión y la implementación de las herramientas de Focus Improvement (FI) como VOCA, DIMAC, IPA.

3. Gestionando y entrenando en las herramientas de Lean Value Stream y Lean Office.

4. Gestión de proyectos en herramienta I-nexus

**Lo que te hará exitoso**:

- Conocimientos en Lean
- Conocimiwntos de Metodología Kaizen
- 2 años de experiência en: procesos mejora continua, desarrollo de proyectos, gestión de ahorros, logística.
- Conocimientos en SAP, office
- Desarrollo PBI
