**iC energy, importante empresa dedicada al sector eléctrico, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Project Manager.**

**Objetivo del Puesto.**

Dirigir y coordinar proyectos de construcción en el sector eléctrico de potencia industrial, asegurando que se completen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y de acuerdo con las especificaciones de calidad y seguridad requeridas.

**Funciones Clave**:
Planificar, ejecutar y cerrar los proyectos.

Apoyar en el desarrollo del plan integral del proyecto, incluyendo alcance, recursos, cronograma, presupuesto, gestión de riesgos y plan de calidad.

Coordinar el trabajo de los equipos de diseño, ingeniería, adquisiciones, construcción y operaciones.

Gestionar el alcance del proyecto, los recursos, el tiempo y los costos eficientemente.

Resolver problemas y desviaciones del proyecto de manera proactiva.

Supervisar que se dé cumplimiento de normativas y estándares de seguridad en el trabajo y protección ambiental.

Evaluar la contratación y el desempeño de contratistas y subcontratistas.

Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de equipos de ingenieros, técnicos y subcontratistas.

Monitorear y reportar el avance del proyecto frente a los objetivos establecidos.

Mantener una comunicación fluida y eficaz con los stakeholders del proyecto, incluyendo clientes, proveedores y autoridades reguladoras.

Resolver problemas técnicos y administrativos que surjan durante el proyecto.

Reportar el progreso del proyecto a la alta dirección y al cliente.

**Habilidades y Conocimientos**:

- Conocimientos en ingeniería eléctrica y civil, especialmente en subestaciones de potencia y líneas de transmisión (Alta Tensión).
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos de construcción, preferentemente en el sector eléctrico.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos técnicos y especificaciones de ingeniería.
- Destreza en el uso de software de gestión de proyectos (como MS Project, Primavera) y paquetes informáticos (Office o equivalentes).
- Conocimientos en normativas de construcción y estándares de calidad y seguridad aplicables al sector eléctrico.
- Aptitud para trabajar con múltiples disciplinas y culturas en entornos complejos.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Habilidad para negociar con proveedores y subcontratistas.
- Conocimiento de LEAN Construction altamente deseable.

**Educación y Experiência**:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Civil o afín.
- Certificación en Gestión de Proyectos (como PMP del PMI) es altamente deseable.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en roles similares, con un historial comprobado de éxito en la gestión de proyectos de construcción eléctrica de subestaciones y líneas de transmisión.

- Planificación estratégica y pensamiento analítico.
- Habilidades comunicativas efectivas tanto en el plano técnico como en el interpersonal.
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Alta capacidad de adaptación y manejo de situaciones bajo presión.

**Idiomas**:

- Dominio del idioma español.
- Inglés técnico (deseable).

**Otras Consideraciones**:

- Disponibilidad para viajar y/o reubicarse según los requerimientos del proyecto.
- Entendimiento de prácticas de trabajo seguras y promoción de una cultura de seguridad en el sitio de trabajo.
- Comprensión sólida de las mejores prácticas de la industria y tendencias actuales en construcción sostenible y energías renovables.
