The hiring company is a leading provider of high-quality, ethically sourced Kratom products, dedicated to promoting wellness and natural alternatives for consumers. We are seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Only Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for natural health products, sales expertise, and the ability to build relationships with retail and wholesale partners.
**Job Summary**:
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through new account acquisition and managing existing client relationships. You’ll represent our Kratom products, educate potential customers about the benefits, and work to get our products on store shelves and in front of online retailers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with retail stores, distributors, and online platforms to expand product reach
- Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of our Kratom products
- Present compelling sales pitches and negotiate terms with buyers and decision-makers
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to support sales initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the nutraceutical, natural products, or wellness industries
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Familiarity with Kratom or natural health products is a plus, but not required
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and trade shows
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
**Compensation**:
- This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential based on sales performance. You will earn a competitive commission on all sales generated, with no cap on earnings. Commission is based upon experience and performance.
