**Responsibility**
- Oversee the Production Assembly Operation.
- Oversee the Materials Department
- Oversee the Maintenance Department
- Oversee the Manufacturing & Product Engineering Departments
- Oversee the Quality Engineering & Quality Control Departments
- Provide quality products to customers and supports shipping operations for on time delivery & within all customer guidelines for shipping performance requirements.
- Plan, provide and maintain production equipment.
- Support the cross-functional teams.
- Ensure plant and manufacturing processes are in compliance with all health and safety regulatory requirements.
- Interview, train, develop, evaluate, promote, and discipline subordinate personnel.
- Exceed all budgetary requirements: i.e. labor, overhead, premium costs etc.
- Provide input for forecasting long range planning and plant capacity.
- Effectively manage Continuous Improvement activities to meet or exceed all divisional goals.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Knowledge of and responsibility for Product Safety

**Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years experience in management of electronics products Tier I Plant.
- Excellent planning, analytical, budgeting, and organizational skills required.
- Knowledge of quality training i.e.; TS 16949, ISO 14001, SPC, 8D.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, managerial, supervisory, and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform in a team oriented environment.
- Work performed in a manufacturing environment and requires strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English

**KPI**
- Evaluate, promote, and discipline subordinate personnel.
- Stop production for quality and safety issues.
- Purchase authority up to the limits set by the President & CEO.
- Assume further responsibilities during General Manager’s absence.
- Assume ownership role to problem solve day-to-day issues with supporting department

Pay: From $230,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Managing electronics products in Tier I Plant.: 3 years (preferred)
- Managing Production Assembly Operations: 2 years (preferred)
