Role Purpose
Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature
Ensures that all office services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
Manages and ensure general services such us canteen, private security, cleaning services are delivered in an effective way according to our needs and corporate guidelines.

**Main Responsabilities**:
Creation and execution of strategies related to the operation of facilities and properties in general.
This position will be responsible for supervising and managing general services, such as canteen, cleaning service and security service, ensuring that services are provided with the expected quality and in line with Siegwerk commercial contracts and guidelines.
Manage the catering for different events
Address the comments and observations of employees regarding the services that these external providers provide.
Together with the purchasing area, must look for suppliers that deliver quality services to Siegwerk in all the processes that this position manages.
Be responsible for the administration of the car fleet, maintenance, verifications, attention and management with employees in the event of an accident, register and request new work tools in coordination with the Human Resources area.
Management of projects linked to improving facilities, spaces for employees, etc.
Responsible for maintaining office facilities, and ensuring that the employees have the necessary accessories, technology, supplies, blackboards, etc.
Office services such as machine repair, office cleaning and maintenance are coordinated.
Inventory and delivery of office supplies,
Coordinate all service provisions
Search for apartments-Airbnb for employees who will have a temporary stay in the different areas where Siegwerk México has a presence
Comply with current regulations and legislation
